🔋 Cooling System Pack 90kWh
Glycol-based coolant is delivered through thin aluminum tubing wrapped around each 18650 cell in the module.

The distribution manifold ensures fluid passes through all 16 modules evenly.

The heat exchanger is connected to the car’s AC system, so the battery can be cooled or heated as needed.

Temperature sensors in each module → data sent to BMS for real-time control.

HVAC integration → AC compressor and coolant pump work together to maintain optimal temperatures.

Ideal cell temperature: 20–40°C

Cooling during fast charging: the system is able to absorb heat loads up to ±12kW.

Heating when it’s cold: the coolant heater keeps the battery warm so it doesn’t lose performance.

Pack & cooling system is identical across all trims.

The difference in performance comes from the motor, inverter, and software (for example Ludicrous Mode on the P90DL).
