RIGAKU NEX CG is a high-performance x-ray equipment designed for use in material science and failure analysis applications. The system consists of an x-ray source, an x-ray detector, and a digital electronic controller. The x-ray source is highly reliable and provides a power rating up to 2kW. It is designed for an optimized balance between high x-ray flux and low beam divergence. The x-ray detector is a high-resolution CCD detector that can measure up to 500million pixels with excellent noise reduction performance.
The digital electronic controller provides accurate performance feedback of the x-ray unit and can be easily configured to integrate and control other parts of the overall machine.
